Despite the weather and some soaking players by the end of the match, the team should be incredibly proud with some of the skills they showed today. They displayed some lovely footwork in attack, and used the space to their advantage to score a number of great tries. They are becoming more proactive with making sure they are onside after a touch and it was great to see the team showing more determination to fight for the ball when it is dropped in play. As we move further into the season, we need to continue to think about our reaction times, both in defence and attack, however this fixture showed a lot of progression from our last fixture and I look forward to seeing what more the players can achieve.
